Project Objectives
• Demolition of previous part of building & removal of asbestos
• Extension to match existing building including 3 Layer built up felt roof
• Windows & Door frames fixed. Windows glazed and doors manufactured.
• External cladding & rendering
• Horizontal exterior board to match existing building
• Interior boarding to reception area ceiling in softwood tongue & groove.
• Altro flooring with coved skirting to all wet areas & vinyl to lobby
• Conventional cubicle system & close coupled cisterns to WC area.
• Combination gas boiler to supply radiators & provide hot water to the whole building
